Cancellation policy
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance, as there will be no exceptions to the following cancellation clauses:

The customer pays 30% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels up to 30 days before arrival
The customer pays 70% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels from 30 to 16 days before arrival
The customer pays 90% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels from 15 to 8 days before arrival
The customer pays 100% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels from 7 to 1 days before arrival.
The customer pays 100% of the total cost of the reservation if he arrives x days late or leaves x days in advance.
To avoid these fees, we suggest taking out an insurance policy against travel cancellation.

General info:
Prices are in Euros per person/night for a minimum stay of 4 nights with half board.The price is flat rate, any unused meals or services will not be deducted.The local tourist tax of €2.00/person/night are not in price included. The tourist tax is applied to the first 10 days of overnight stay.Smoking is not permitted in all rooms and common areas.Stays of less than 4 nights must be paid in advance. It is forbidden to consume food and drinks purchased outside the hotel in all common areas

Overnight stay with rich sweet and savory buffet breakfast
Dinner with appetizer, choice of 3 menus, rich salad buffet and choice of dessert (drinks not included)
1 outdoor parking space per room
Use of the wellness area with Finnish sauna, jet and massaging showers, regenerating and invigorating whirlpool tub
Use of the indoor swimming pool
Ski room with boot dryer and warmer / Bike room with maintenance corner
Supplements and Deductions
We reserve the right to apply a 20% surcharge for stays of less than 4 nights
All requests for additional services and out of workhours are subject to availability and payment of an extra cost.
The double or multiple room for single use has a supplement of 100% on the minimum occupancy, also applied in the case of non-arrival of one or more people accommodated in a double/multiple room.
All requests for extra beds are subject to availability and at an extra cost.
The rates indicated are flat rates, unused meals or services will not be deducted or refunded.
Corkage fee: The rental of bar equipment (glasses, corkscrews, etc.) for the consumption of your own drinks in the room involves an extra cost.
We give 1 free person for every 20 fully paying people
The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is subject to a surcharge for stays of less than 7 nights
The Garage is by reservation at an extra cost
Discounts for children in extra beds
The following discounts only apply if the children stay in the same room as two paying adults
0 - 2 years: -70%;
3 – 8 years: -50%;
9 - 13 years: -30%;
14 years and up: -20%
Animals
Dog Euro 25.- per night each
Cat Euro 10.- per night each
The cost refers to the cleaning costs
Pets cannot access the restaurant or wellness centers or swimming pool
Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas.
The owners of the animals undertake to pay compensation for any damage to things or people.
A deposit of Euro 100.- is required upon check-in, which will be returned on the morning of departure, after checking the accommodation.
Booking method
The reservation is considered binding after the crediting of the requested deposit and our written confirmation
Check-in and Check-out
Check – in from 15:00 to 20:00
Special Requests for Check-in after the scheduled time are subject to availability, and involve the charge of the following rates:
- between 10.00 pm and 12.00 am Check-in fee Euro 20.-
- between 00:00 and 02:00 Check-in fee Euro 100.-
There is NO check-in after this time.
At check-in, an identity card or passport of all guests will be required.
A credit card may be requested at check-in.
Payments of the remaining extras is asked the evening before departure
Compulsory return of keys to reception on the morning of departure from 08:00 to 10:00
Payment methods
Stays of up to 3 nights require prepayment.
For stays longer than 3 nights:
- 30% by bank transfer within 1 day of booking
- 70% by bank transfer the week before arrival
Possibility, on request, to replace the bank transfer with payment by credit card.
We accept debit cards, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cash up to the limit established by law.
Internet
WiFi Internet available free of charge throughout the hotel.
A minimum of speed is not guaranteed.
Personalized Meals
Our kitchen is not specialized in allergies and intolerances.
Only intolerances are accepted.
We do not accept meals for allergies, our cooks do not take responsibility for cooking dishes for allergies.
We offer some gluten-free products for breakfast.
Lost objects
We do not ship lost objects. We ask our guests to organize shipping to pick up the items at their own cost.
